Amores Perros is an online store specialized in healthy and natural nutrition for dogs and cats. We offer kibble, wet food, snacks, and accessories selected with the same love you give to your pet. All our products are formulated with real ingredients, without ultra-processed foods, and backed by veterinarians.

When placing an order on our website, you are making a purchase offer. You will receive a confirmation email when we receive your order. We reserve the right to reject any order for any reason. All prices are in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, although products already ordered will not be affected by subsequent price changes.

We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, Bizum, and bank transfers. Payment must be made before product delivery. All payments are processed securely through certified platforms. In case of payment problems, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

We ship to all of Spain. Estimated delivery times are indicated during the purchase process and may vary depending on location and selected shipping method. We offer free shipping for orders over 39€. All shipments include tracking and careful packaging to ensure products arrive in perfect condition. We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties or circumstances beyond our control.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return products within 14 days of receipt, provided the products are in their original condition, unopened, and with the original packaging. Return shipping costs will be your responsibility, except in case of defective products or order errors. Once returned products are received and verified, we will proceed with the refund within a maximum period of 14 days using the same payment method used for the purchase.

We guarantee that all our products meet applicable quality and safety standards. All our food products are formulated with natural ingredients and backed by veterinarians. However, we recommend consulting with a veterinarian before making significant changes to your pet's diet, especially if they have special needs or medical conditions.

Amores Perros will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of our products or services. Our liability will be limited to the value of the purchased product. We do not guarantee that our website is free of errors or interruptions, although we will do our best to maintain quality service.

We recommend periodically reviewing these terms to be informed of any changes. Continued use of our site after modifications will constitute your acceptance of the new terms.

These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish legislation. Any dispute that may arise in relation to these terms will be submitted to the competent courts of Spain. If any provision of these terms is declared invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
