At present we only offer home delivery within the Community of Madrid. For the rest of Spain you may collect your order at our physical store. Deliveries are made within 24-48 business hours; in certain cases they may take up to 72 business hours. If you are unsure about your area, please contact us.
Shipping costs in Madrid depend on the total weight of the order: up to 5 kg, €5.63 (VAT included); over 5 kg and up to 15 kg, €6.79 (VAT included); over 15 kg, the rate for up to 15 kg (€6.79) plus €0.30 per additional kilogram applies. The applicable cost is shown during checkout before you complete your order.
Deliveries in Madrid are made within 24-48 business hours from order confirmation. In certain cases, delivery may take up to 72 business hours. These are estimated times and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control. We will inform you of any significant delays as soon as possible.
All our products are shipped in packaging specially designed to protect food items and ensure they arrive in perfect condition. We use eco-friendly packaging materials whenever possible. Food products are shipped under conditions that guarantee their freshness and quality until delivery.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time. You can check the status of your shipment at any time through our website or directly on the carrier's website.
If you experience any issues with the delivery of your order, please contact us immediately. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address data provided by the customer. If the customer is not present at the time of delivery, the carrier will attempt a second delivery. If after several attempts delivery is not possible, the package will be returned and we will contact you to arrange a new delivery (with additional costs) or a refund of the order (deducting shipping costs).
If you receive a damaged or defective product due to shipping, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order, including photographs of the damage. We will handle the situation as soon as possible, either by sending a replacement product or refunding the corresponding amount. In case of products damaged during shipping, return costs will be at our expense.
If you need to change the delivery address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already been shipped, we may be able to attempt to redirect it (additional costs may apply). If the change is not possible, you will need to wait to receive the package at the original address and then manage its return if necessary.
